Each non-conformity carries a severity of Low, Medium or High, a responsible party, a due date and a Life Protection flag where life safety is at stake. The detail is captured once, on site, not reconstructed later at a desk.
Every assessment moves through five named stages. An auditor reviews the finished work and, where something needs more, flags the specific questions rather than bouncing the whole job back. The assessor responds to each flag, and the exchange is kept.
